To exchange or return the purchased goods you have 14 days (non-working) from the delivery date.

Only items not used, worn, washed or damaged, and accompanied by a copy of this form will be accepted.

FOR RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL / EXCHANGE OF GOODS THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE YOUR CHARGE. FOR EXCHANGE OF NON-CONFORMING GOODS, THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE AT OUR CHARGE.
